You do not buy a house from a menu. You claim one in the world:

1. Drive or walk to an unowned house in East Greenbush — neighbourhoods near the dealership, the new plaza and Forest View all have claimable homes.
2. Walk up to the door and use the claim prompt.
3. Once claimed, the house becomes a spawn location and you can invite friends inside.

If every nearby house is taken, switch servers or look further out along the expanded roads. Leaving a server does not always keep a busy house reserved for you.

House System Phase 5 unlocked decorating the inside of your home, not just the outside. You can:

• Change exterior materials and colours — some options are free, others cost Cash.
• Pick from more than twenty flags for the front of the house.
• Decorate rooms and place interior items added in the May 2026 pass.
• Use the House App on your in-game phone for smart-home style actions and house management.

The redesigned left widget also exposes house actions so you do not have to walk back to the door for every toggle.

House Premium costs about 75 Robux — the cheapest pass in the store. It adds extra house features on top of the free claim-and-decorate loop. If you mainly roleplay around a home rather than chase performance cars, this is usually the first pass worth buying. Confirm the current perk list in the Roblox store, because the developers keep extending the house system.

• Claim early in a session if you want a central address — mid-map houses vanish first.
• Use the house as a delivery endpoint when you run RoDash or mail routes nearby.
• Do not spend your first Cash pile on cosmetics until you have a reliable car.
• Custom servers are the place to lock a neighbourhood with friends if public lobbies keep stealing your lot.
