Civilian jobs are open to everyone and need no game pass:

• Cashier — take the interactive quest at the Defresca Gas Station or Fresh Harvest Grocery Store. You scan items and earn Cash per customer (around $15 a ticket in the grocery loop, depending on the basket).
• RoDash delivery — food and grocery orders from NPC customers. Accept a request, pick up or shop the order, then follow GPS to the drop-off. Payouts scale and you build a driver rating.
• Mail delivery — sign on at the Post Office, load the 1994 Eisenhower PDV, and deliver packages to houses. Each successful drop levels the job.

These jobs are the cleanest way to learn the map while your garage is still small.

Joining the police lets you patrol, run traffic stops and keep street racers in check. Officers use a full Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) terminal for calls, plates and coordination. CAD Phase 2 now shares that board with Fire, DOT and Medical. The Premium Law Enforcement pass adds a Radar Gun, a Placement Tool and extra vehicles.

Beyond policing, the county runs several emergency and infrastructure teams:

• DOT (Department of Transportation) — place construction and roadway objects and operate DOT trucks, including tow interactivity. Full features need the DOT Vehicle Access pass.
• Fire Department — respond to incidents now dispatched through CAD Phase 2.
• Medical / EMS — handle medical dispatch and patient response on the same CAD board.

• New players: cashier first, then RoDash or mail once you can drive cleanly.
• Roleplayers: police, fire or EMS for structured team play.
• Builders: DOT is still the most creative role thanks to the Placement Tool.
